BACAPA to hold auction

The Barview Area Charleston Area Park Association will host its third-annual dinner auction, with dinner at 6 p.m. and the auction at 7, on Saturday, Oct. 22, in The Mill Casino-Hotel's Salmon Room.

Door prizes will be awarded and 90 bid items will be available to choose from. All proceeds will go toward the completion of the park and ball fields.

Tickets for the event are $25 and may be purchased at the door the evening of the event or by calling 269-1503. For more information, those interested can call 888-4637 or 269-1503.
