Quinn honored

Wednesday, April 20, 2005 |
Angie Quinn is Oregon's Hospice Dream Team Volunteer of the year.
In January, the association bestowed its excellence award on the Coos Bay woman, honoring her almost 30 years of dedication to working with terminally ill patients and their families. Quinn was one of the founders of South Coast Hospice.
In giving her the award, the association noted the local recognition given Quinn:
"Long before end-of-life care became common in mainstream America she was at the forefront in our community. To this day, she remains a beacon of hope and life to all."
