The second-annual Reedsport athletic auction is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Reedsport Community Center.

Tickets are $25 a plate, with proceeds going to support the athletic program at the high school.

As well as sponsoring this event, DuBray's on the Green will be catering. Those interested still can purchase tickets either at DuBray's or at the school office.

There will be a silent and oral auction for items including charter trips, artwork, Duck, Mariner and Seahawk tickets, afghans, a trip to Cabo San Lucas, party catering, fly rods, golf clubs, rounds of gold at Bandon Dunes, a tri-hull boat with a 40-horsepower motor, an outdoor shed and items from Star Rental.

In addition, there will be a "raffle basket" that contains a variety of items including a $200 gift certificate from Manthe's Home Furnishings. Those interested can purchase these raffle tickets ahead of time at DuBray's or at the school office for $5 a ticket. Participants do not need to be present to win.
