The Siuslaw Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society is sponsoring the "Early Spring Rhododendron Show" on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Florence Events Center, 715 Quince St.

The public is encouraged to submit the rhododendron and azalea trusses and sprays for identification and judging. Entrees should arrive at the center between 7 and 9 a.m. on Saturday morning. Chapter members and the public are encouraged to bring the trusses as early as possible in order to have all trusses properly categorized for judging at 9 a.m.
