ODOT to discuss Bunker Hill intersection
Saturday, August 28, 2004 10:39 AM PDT

The Oregon Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting to kick off the Isthmus Slough Bridge/Bunker Hill Intersection Environmental Assessment project next month.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, in the multipurpose room at the Bunker Hill Elementary School, 62958 Highway 101 South, Coos Bay. All interested citizens are invited to attend.

ODOT is considering ways to replace the Isthmus Slough Bridge between Bunker Hill and Eastside and improve the Bunker Hill intersection. The Environmental Assessment will identify those who may be affected by the project, determine public involvement activities, and develop design alternatives.

More information can be obtained by calling ODOT Project Information Specialist Pam Frank at (541) 957-3601.
