CB schools provide free lunch to students under 18

Coos Bay Public Schools will be serving free lunch to children under the age of 18 again this summer.
The lunches will be served at Madison Elementary School in the Empire area and at Blossom Gulch Elementary School closer to downtown from Monday, June 14 until Friday, Aug. 13.
Lunch service will be from 11:30 a.m. until noon, Monday through Friday, and children do not need to be enrolled in any summer school program to take advantage of this free meal nor do they necessarily need to be accompanied by an adult
