Wondrous weather

The sun shone brightly on the southern Oregon coast Saturday and in the early afternoon, two boys took advantage of the gorgeous weather to play in the surf line on the beach near Winchester Bay. The two were playing south of the mouth of the Umpqua River. There should be plenty of opportunity for other coastal visitors to enjoy the outdoors this week as the National Weather Service forecasts the highs to be in the 70s with partly cloudy or sunny skies.
