Family orchard site of Parrish, Gradt nuptials

Rhonda Jean Parrish of Coos Bay and David Meyer Gradt of Bandon were married on July 12.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Sharon Parrish of Coos Bay. She is a graduate of North Bend High School. She is employed as a floral department manager at Safeway, Coos Bay.
The groom is the son of David and Joan Gradt of Bandon. He is a drop box driver for Les' Sanitation, Coos Bay.
The double ring western-themed wedding took place in the Gradt family Orchard. Pastor Jason Sharpe of Florence officiated.
The bride wore a white lace western style gown, covered in iridescent beads, complemented by a beaded tiara. She carried a bouquet of colorful wildflowers.
Rachel Ocobock sang the couple's chosen wedding song, "Cowboy, Take Me Away."
Honored guests included the bride's sons, Chris and Chad Lindsey of Coos Bay, the groom's grandmother, Marian Coleman of Beaverton, and the bride's brother and sister-in-law, Matt and Lois Parrish of Coos Bay and their children, Ashley and M.J. Also in attendance were special friends Gloria Balkema of Bandon, Kim Bushmaker of Coos Bay, Brenda Sharpe of Florence, Carmen Alcala of Seattle and Connie Madden and Caroline Mitchell, both of Bandon and Ken Heisen of North Bend.
Attending the bride were Wanda Conquest, Rachel Ocobock, Shawna Griswold and Ashley Parrish, niece of the bride, all of Coos Bay.
Attending the groom, and arriving at the ceremony aboard an earthmover, were Alex Linke Jr. of Bandon, Daren Robison, Travis Hoover of Portland and Doug Gradt, brother of the groom.
The newlyweds are at home in Coos Bay following a honeymoon cruise to Mexico in July. |
